SHIPPING POLICY AND GUIDELINES

We reserve the right to update and revise these Shipping Policy and Guidelines without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services, and/or in response to customer feedback. When updates are made, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Please review it frequently, as the current Shipping Policy and Guidelines will apply every time you place an order with i7signs.com.
If your order is produced at an i7signs.com facility close to your location, you may be able to pick up your order or take advantage of our local delivery service. Click here for further details. i7signs.com offers several shipping options, including FedEx and UPS or their related services. Our standard shipping level (“Standard Shipping”) is by ground. Shipping rates will be presented based on the most efficient shipping option for your order, but you may choose an alternative shipping method during the order process.
If your order includes dated or time-sensitive materials, please plan accordingly and allow plenty of time to receive your order. We strongly suggest you avoid relying on Standard Shipping in such cases.
Shipping charges are based on rates charged by the carrier and may vary over time. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. Please contact our shipping department for more information about Saturday shipping. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once we deliver the order to our shipping carrier. If you choose to pick up your order, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you when you (or your agent) take possession of the order. If you use our local delivery option, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you when you (or your agent) accept delivery, or when we leave the order if delivery without a signature has been authorized.
We cannot use a customer’s personal account with UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier.
The estimated delivery time for your shipment will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, because we use third-party carriers, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If your materials are time-sensitive, please ensure that you allow sufficient time to receive your order.
When you place an order, you will be informed of the i7signs.com production site where your order will be processed. We have company-owned production facilities across the U.S., and your order will generally be allocated to the facility that provides the most efficient shipping based on your delivery location. However, some products require production at specific sites, and shipping times and charges will be calculated based on that location.
For Standard Shipping to a U.S. delivery address, you can use our Shipping Maps to estimate your package's arrival time from the time of shipment. Select the Shipping Map corresponding to the carrier and production site provided at the time of your order. Please Note: these Shipping Maps provide an estimate of delivery; we do not guarantee delivery on the indicated date. The time frame listed on the Shipping Maps does not include the day of pickup or the order turnaround time.
If you choose a shipping service level other than Standard Shipping, the delivery date will align with the service level selected. Again, the delivery date does not include the day of pickup. Special shipping services such as 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or their equivalents guarantee delivery within the chosen timeframe. Only these accelerated services are guaranteed. Standard Shipping is not guaranteed to meet its estimated arrival time.
The estimated shipping time is in addition to the order turnaround time you select during the order process. To calculate the actual delivery date, add the turnaround time and the estimated shipping time together. Click here for turnaround time options.
We do ship internationally; however, it may be necessary to estimate the shipping method and costs separately. You can enter your destination to receive an estimate of the shipping cost, but you should contact i7signs.com (or the shipping carrier) for an estimate of the shipping time. All international pricing is in U.S. dollars. Our pricing covers product and shipping costs only; customs duties and other international shipping charges are your responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain international locations. Contact our Shipping Department for more information about international shipping.
We may change the site initially allocated to the production of your order due to factors such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or high order volumes. If this happens, you will be notified via email, and it may affect your estimated shipping time. You can refer to our Shipping Maps for updated transit time estimates based on the new production site.
Our shipping process does not typically accommodate combining multiple print orders for shipping purposes. Each product ordered will be shipped separately, with its own shipping charge, estimated shipping time, and potentially different delivery dates. If you're ordering a specially priced package of products, there will only be one shipping charge, but the individual items may ship separately. If you need multiple products by the same delivery date, please plan accordingly, as we cannot guarantee simultaneous delivery for such orders.
Limited Group Shipping
For certain limited product lines, we can consolidate multiple orders for group shipping. The Product Builder page will indicate if group shipping is available for your order.
Rules for group shipping orders:
- Orders must be placed at the same time.
- Maximum run size per order (see product details).
- Group shipping must be designated during the order process.
- All orders must be the same product type.
- All orders must have a turnaround time (Note: Same-day turnaround is not available for group shipping).
- Each order must be for the same quantity (e.g., 1,000 business cards).
- All orders must be shipped to the same address.
- All orders must have the same contact person.
Choosing group shipping may add at least one day to your selected turnaround time, so please factor that into your planning. If any job in a group order is delayed, all jobs will be held until all jobs are complete. We recommend against choosing group shipping for time-sensitive orders.
The due date for group orders will be determined by the final approval of the last approved job within the group. For example, if a group of six jobs is ordered on a Monday, but one job is not approved until Wednesday, the turnaround and due date will be calculated based on Wednesday.
Once designated for group shipping, individual parts of the order cannot be separated or shipped using different methods. You may change the shipping service or address via the site link until the bindery stage.
Group shipping is not recommended for jobs with tight deadlines. Orders that exceed size or weight limits for the chosen shipping level may be divided into multiple boxes. Your order confirmation and/or tracking information will indicate how many boxes to expect. If your order is divided, each box incurs a separate shipping charge, and we cannot guarantee all boxes will arrive on the same day.
Since carriers generally do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, it is your responsibility to ensure an actual street address is provided with the correct and complete details, including the zip code. We recommend including a phone number with your shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please verify that your payment information is correctly entered. Incorrect credit card details can cause delays in shipment, for which we are not responsible. Be aware that holidays may affect delivery times, so account for them when estimating package arrival.
If a package is undeliverable due to customer refusal (such as failing to pick up the package), or if there is an address error, you will incur additional shipping fees for reshipping and any return fees. Even if you decline reshipping, you remain responsible for the product cost, original shipping, and any additional fees, which may be charged to your credit card.
If you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, you may do so until the order is out for delivery. Address changes incur an administrative fee of $12.35, plus any increased shipping charges imposed by the carrier. These fees will be charged to the credit card used for the order.
While we make every effort to adhere to the estimated shipping schedule, factors beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, technical issues, weather, or shipping delays) may cause delays. Under such circumstances, rush charges may be waived or refunded, but delays are not grounds for order cancellation. By placing an order with i7signs.com, you agree that we are not liable for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, weather, strikes, customs issues, or carrier delays.
Please note: if you choose a residential address for delivery, the carrier may not require a signature, and the package may be left at the address. If you require a signature, please contact our Customer Service team.
